Hannah Grace writes songs to escape into—and she wants you to escape with her. She uniquely blends the sounds of soul, jazz, and folk with a voice that can seemingly sing anything.
Growing up, Hannah idolised singer-songwriters like Joni Mitchell, Carole King, and Stevie Nicks, inspired by the voices of Aretha Franklin, Eva Cassidy, and Sarah Vaughan. In keeping with these inspirational women, her songs are where she is both at her most vulnerable and most defiant, her songwriting is how she makes sense of her life and the world around her.
Hannah Grace has gained over 60 million streams to date and her power ballad version of Fatboy Slim’s Praise You brought her worldwide recognition. The track continues to be used for multiple global ad campaigns, including Lloyds Bank and Lancôme (which starred Julia Roberts).
Over the past 10 years, she has been releasing music and touring, earning praise from Jools Holland, who described her as “destined for great things.” She has become a favourite on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Wales and has opened for artists such as Hozier, Seal, Train, and, most notably, Barbra Streisand at Hyde Park.
Recently, Hannah was awarded an Honorary Associate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, where she studied jazz vocal performance.
